Dear Heart Care Group Patient,
As you know, healthcare in the Lehigh Valley and beyond has been slowly changing in ways that are making the experience of being a patient somewhat less personal and often a lot less satisfying. The cardiovascular physicians of The Heart Care Group want to change this trend and refocus our efforts on our relationships with you. As such, in 2015 our practice will undergo some noticeable changes. These changes are based on the feedback we have received from you and your primary doctors, and includes improvements such as:
Easier scheduling both for routine follow up visits and urgent visits, with the goal of keeping you out of the Emergency Room when you don’t need to be there
Same-day appointments for urgent issues (with a goal of seeing you within 2 hours of a call!)
Better communication with you, utilizing our patient portal
Eventual expanded evening and weekend office hours
Expanded services aimed at keeping you healthy and happy
